Administer and analyze health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs across US, Canada, and LATAM. Manage enrollments, renewals, open enrollment, compliance filings, vendor and broker relationships, benefits reporting, and employee communications while driving cost-saving and compliance initiatives.

Drive revenue for Zscaler's data security product suite by acting as the regional specialist for major accounts. Build account-based strategies, partner with solution engineers, engage C-suite and technical stakeholders, own regional quota, and collaborate with sales leadership to land and expand cloud security and networking solutions.

Lead product vision and strategy for security operations services, defining outcomes for managed investigation, response, threat hunting, and advisory services. Partner with customer security ops, product, and marketing teams to deliver AI-driven, automated features, represent Zscaler to customers, and drive measurable security outcomes and operational alignment.

Drive partner-facing technical pre-sales for Global Systems Integrators: demonstrate Zscaler use cases, run workshops and POVs, develop joint solution offers, onboard and enable partners, and advocate partner needs across sales, engineering, and product to close transformational cloud security deals.

Sell Zscaler's data security portfolio (DLP, CASB, DSPM) to commercial accounts. Act as the specialist for customers and partners, build account-based strategies, collaborate with solution engineers and sales leadership, and close complex deals with stakeholders from technical practitioners to C-suite.
