Lead ServiceTitan's Australian product roadmap, localize core platform for compliance and market fit, drive customer discovery with Australian contractors, coordinate with global engineering and GTM teams, measure region-specific metrics, and launch/iterate products to establish long-term retention and sales enablement.

Lead ServiceTitan's accounting product domain, owning vision, roadmap, and AI-powered features across AP/AR, GL, and ERP integrations. Manage and grow senior PMs, collaborate cross-functionally, validate with customers, and measure product quality, adoption, and business outcomes.
