Sell Narmi One to community financial institutions by running complex, consultative enterprise deals. Own quota, develop business cases, lead demos, negotiate contracts, and drive upsells across product lines. Build pipeline using regional relationships and work cross-functionally to close large ARR deals. Role requires travel and contributes to Growth team strategy.

Lead finance and accounting functions including strategic finance, FP&A, accounting/controllership, audit, tax, treasury, fundraising support, and investor relations. Partner with founders, board, and cross-functional leaders on planning, forecasting, pricing, M&A readiness, and scaling the finance team while maintaining strong controls and GAAP compliance.

Serve as Narmi's fraud subject-matter expert across pre-sales, onboarding, and post-live support. Advise customers on fraud strategy, configure fraud tools, partner with Sales and Product, influence roadmap, and expand adoption of fraud solutions like Narmi Guard.

The Product Director will lead product strategy for Narmi's Consumer Banking, oversee manager teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure product quality and user satisfaction, while traveling to client locations 10% of the time.
