Leads revenue strategy, operations, GTM systems, and sales enablement for a global SaaS revenue organization. Partners with the CRO and cross-functional GTM leaders to develop growth strategies, optimize processes, implement systems, improve forecasting and performance analysis, deliver executive reporting, and build seller productivity programs. Manages and coaches Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, and enablement teams while driving alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Lead foundational and strategic mixed-methods UX research to shape product vision, strategy, and innovation. Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, including interviews, ethnography, surveys, log analysis, segmentation, and concept testing. Translate ambiguous questions into actionable frameworks, present insights to executives, mentor designers and product partners, and establish scalable research practices across the organization.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates SaaS and other commercial agreements while serving as the primary legal partner to Sales and GTM teams. Advises on deal structure, pricing, privacy, security, renewals, and contract interpretation. Maintains templates and negotiation playbooks, manages partner and vendor agreements, and improves contracting processes through scalable workflows and AI-assisted tools.

Lead cross-functional corporate marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and executive engagement. Plan and execute integrated campaigns, support events, product launches, ABM and content programs, measure performance, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and executives to align marketing with revenue objectives.

Design and build core backend systems for an agent platform: orchestration, durable execution, memory, tool integration, observability, and evaluation. Create scalable services/APIs, develop retrieval and long-term memory solutions, monitor and improve agent behavior, and help drive technical direction and team growth for AI-driven collaboration features.

Lead Product Designer owning end-to-end growth journeys (discovery, activation, monetization). Design experiments, prototypes, and reusable growth patterns; partner with product, research, data, and engineering; manage and mentor 1–3 designers; advocate for user trust while optimizing funnels and pricing, onboarding, and upgrade flows.

Design and scale customer education programs and outcome-based learning journeys, create reusable learning content, partner cross-functionally, enable CS teams globally, and measure learning engagement and adoption to improve programs.
