Lead global customer lifecycle strategy to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Manage and scale a customer marketing team, own communications and omni-channel programs, build segmentation and trigger-based journeys, run cross-sell/upsell campaigns, grow advocacy, establish measurement frameworks, partner cross-functionally, and manage the global customer marketing budget.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain client-side applications, improve installation workflows, and ensure enterprise deployment support for cybersecurity products.

Develop and maintain native Windows endpoint functionality for Keeper's PAM platform, ensuring software is secure and high-performance. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and implementation.

Manage and grow a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, carry revenue quota, negotiate renewals/cross-sells/upsells, conduct QBRs, troubleshoot technical issues, advise on password/IAM best practices, drive adoption and customer advocacy, and collaborate internally to ensure renewals and expansion.

Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and tools to validate endpoint workflows across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Integrate tests into CI/CD, manage containerized test environments, validate auth/SSO and backend APIs, analyze failures, and mentor QA engineers to improve automation practices.

Validate database behavior, data integrity, and schema-level functionality across Keeper's backend and encrypted vault. Execute complex SQL queries, test CRUD operations, migrations, stored procedures, and performance; analyze logs and backend outputs; document defects in Jira; and collaborate with backend engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure secure, consistent data flows in cloud environments.

Perform manual and cross-browser testing of Keeper browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Create and maintain test cases, log reproducible defects in Jira, validate releases, reproduce customer issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve QA processes and support automation efforts.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure browser extension features using JavaScript/React/TypeScript. Write tests (Jest/TDD), collaborate with product and design, optimize performance and security, refactor and fix bugs, and uphold code quality through reviews.
