Lead a small team and partner with Product, Engineering, Brand, Creative, Data, and Growth Marketing. Use Snowflake and AI tools to improve campaign strategy, automation, knowledge management, and customer lifetime value.

Leads digital and offline customer acquisition across seven home brands, owning channel strategy, budget allocation, paid search, paid social, SEO, reporting, attribution, creative testing, and vendor relationships. Manages a team of four to five performance marketers, drives acquisition and ROAS targets, deploys AI tools, and partners with Brand, Creative, Data, Merchandising, and Product teams to optimize the full customer experience.
