Provide 24/7 technical support for CICS TS and related OEM products on IBM z/OS mainframes. Responsibilities include fulfilling customer service orders, troubleshooting, installing and maintaining software, supporting operating system upgrades, customer migrations, disaster recovery, product fixes, and ITSM change control. The role requires collaboration across functional teams, project support, schedule management, and occasional weekend or on-call work.

The role requires 24/7 support availability across time zones, on-call work, weekend scheduling, strong CICS configuration and tailoring expertise, SMP/E experience, and collaboration with project and functional teams.

Manages global financial consolidation, monthly close, and financial reporting under US GAAP. Leads technical accounting initiatives, audit support, control remediation, balance sheet reconciliations, and continuous process improvements. Partners with global accounting and business teams in a matrixed environment, serves as a financial systems power user, and leads, coaches, and develops the financial reporting and consolidation team.

This role focuses on designing automation solutions across multiple platforms, reducing human intervention through innovative engineering, and enhancing system performance using agile methodologies.

Lead installation, maintenance, evaluation, and migration of ISV mainframe products on IBM z/OS. Manage SMP/E-based software lifecycle, perform product comparisons and migrations, troubleshoot ISV integrations, develop migration runbooks, and support performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident resolution with application teams and vendors.

Lead commercialization of AI-enabled mainframe managed services by productizing platform capabilities, defining pricing and packaging, owning roadmap and lifecycle, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and enabling sales to scale repeatable, profitable offers driven by automation and platform innovations (Telum/Spyre).
