Plan, coordinate, and implement TouchTour projects: create schedules, route tasks, use generative AI to draft communications, ensure QA, troubleshoot client issues, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with developers on product features.

Execute contract administration and order processing, audit renewals for accuracy, handle inbound chat and calls, triage escalations, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations while using AI tools to flag issues and draft responses.

Provide frontline technical and product support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; QA deliverables; track and route tickets across teams; and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
