Own outbound prospecting and qualified pipeline generation for the Enterprise Self-Services division. Conduct high-volume, multichannel outreach, engage agency and brand decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and secure discovery meetings for the Sales Director. Maintain accurate HubSpot records, communicate technical platform concepts, handle objections, and collaborate with sales leadership to acquire high-value pilot engagements.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for brand and agency clients using advertising and marketing platforms. Lead onboarding, platform configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, training, and technical health monitoring. Partner with account managers on QBRs, adoption, retention, and growth opportunities. Develop implementation guides, track product updates, maintain client and vendor documentation, and mentor junior specialists while managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
