Own demand generation strategy for Dispatch and Youreka, including channel mix, marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, content, pipeline generation, reporting, and KPIs. Lead BDR strategy and targets, manage marketing resources, test positioning and messaging, and build a scalable marketing engine from an early-stage foundation. Partner closely with sales and product marketing to improve conversion, support launches, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Own the full SMB SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline through outbound hunting, develop relationships with service-provider decision-makers, communicate product value, manage opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The role also partners cross-functionally to improve messaging and sales processes while using sales tools, data, and AI to improve productivity.

Hunt and close enterprise SaaS deals ($100K+ ARR). Prospect, build pipeline, negotiate multi-year contracts, elicit technical and business requirements, present to senior stakeholders, and expand accounts using modern sales and AI-enabled tools.
