Leads the enterprise Compliance and Ethics program, including risk assessments, investigations, hotline management, monitoring, remediation, policy development, training, and regulatory reporting. Manages the compliance team, advises executive leadership and the Board, oversees compliance analytics and corrective actions, and builds a culture of ethics across the organization. The role requires extensive compliance or legal experience, leadership capability, strong investigative skills, and expertise in regulated environments.

Supports education technology proposals and adoptions by completing technology rubrics, forms, questionnaires, and compliance matrices; drafting and editing RFP technology narratives; maintaining technical boilerplate; researching technology requirements, accessibility standards, and data privacy provisions; and coordinating with Product, IT, Legal, Infosec, proposal writers, and subject matter experts. The role also performs quality checks to ensure accurate, compliant proposal responses.

Owns execution of go-to-market plans for literacy products, including positioning, messaging, competitive research, launches, marketing assets, and adoption support. Partners with Product, Sales, Regional Marketing, Enablement, Service, authors, and industry stakeholders to align deliverables and respond to K-12 market needs. Tracks performance metrics to improve messaging, campaigns, and product adoption across national and state curriculum markets.

Develops and leads literacy product training across instructor-led, eLearning, and microlearning formats. Serves as the literacy subject-matter expert, partners with product and program teams on content strategy, manages learning timelines and LMS deployment, facilitates training, and reviews content for quality, accessibility, inclusivity, and compliance. Uses stakeholder and learner feedback to improve training materials and support internal readiness.

Serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, leading discovery, problem definition, requirements development, cross-functional alignment, UAT strategy, post-deployment validation, and change management. Owns domain process maps, business rules, documentation, and AI-assisted workflow governance. Mentors business analysts, improves BA standards, identifies functional opportunities, and supports strategic initiatives involving CRM and data platforms.

Partners with Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT to translate martech, CRM/CDP, campaign, lead-management, data-flow, and reporting needs into actionable requirements. Leads discovery, workshops, stakeholder alignment, Agile delivery collaboration, UAT, post-deployment validation, change management, process documentation, and domain knowledge management. Develops AI-assisted workflows, validation standards, and agent-readiness practices while mentoring business analysts and improving BA standards, templates, and tools.

Own Growth Marketing analytics and data operations: build and maintain full-funnel reporting, ensure data governance and attribution, manage segmentation and Pardot audiences, maintain executive BI dashboards, partner with IT and Sales Ops, direct offshore data resources, and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate analytics and QA.

Leads state-market operations and strategy across all 50 states, overseeing dashboards, data quality, reporting, process improvement, risk management, and cross-functional execution. Advises senior government-relations leadership, synthesizes policy and market trends, develops business and policy cases, supports product and sales strategies, and leads special projects. Requires expertise in K-12 education, assessment and instructional materials markets, state policy, Smartsheet, and related collaboration tools.
