Lead go-to-market strategy for Coinbase retail trading products, translating complex instruments into customer-first positioning. Own launches, audience and channel strategy, creative briefs, and measurement. Drive volume via growth and CRM partnerships, design engagement and win-back programs, run experiments, and deliver metric-driven recommendations to product and marketing leadership.

Lead product vision and multi-year strategy for developer infrastructure across the code lifecycle. Manage RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution; drive savings, reduce risk, and deliver category insights from spend and market analysis. Partner cross-functionally (Legal, Security/TPRM, P2P) and adopt AI/automation to streamline workflows.

Lead a global product team building automation-first, AI-assisted investigation and agent-facing tooling for AML, KYC, EDD, and sanctions screening. Define roadmap, metrics, vendor strategy, and regulatory controls to improve investigation quality, cycle time, and operational efficiency while ensuring security, privacy, and auditability.
