Lead a multidisciplinary product creative team to define and maintain Coinbase's in-app visual identity. Own creative direction for product launches, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, evolve design language and systems, and hire and mentor visual, motion, and illustration designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact consumer product experiences.

Provide advanced litigation paralegal support: manage high-volume domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, garnishments, and related third-party requests; communicate with opposing counsel and agencies; prepare and file pleadings for state and federal litigation and arbitrations; improve litigation processes and workflows; and support legal operations projects, tool implementations, and vendor evaluations.

Build observability, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure-as-code, resolve production incidents, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor engineers while partnering with Security, Product, and Policy stakeholders.

Lead design systems work to build scalable components and patterns across web and mobile. Drive features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production. Partner with design and engineering teams to document, define, evangelize patterns, participate in reviews, and execute roadmap and long-term systems strategy.

Lead and grow engineering teams building AI-powered automation (especially LLM/Agentic AI) for compliance. Drive architecture, scalable multi-tenant systems, cloud-based engineering, cross-functional roadmaps, hiring, code quality, incident response, and delivery of high-impact AI/ML products.

Manage day-to-day operations of card issuing and payment network partnerships, track KPIs and milestones, analyze partner performance and opportunities, coordinate cross-functional launches with legal/compliance/product/marketing/finance, prepare partner briefings and business reviews, and surface data-driven recommendations to improve partner performance.
