Leads and scales the HR Engineering team supporting Workday and related HR applications. Build scalable capabilities using Envoy, Istio, Ambient Mesh, and SPIFFE; improve routing latency, reliability, and performance; enhance developer tooling with responsible AI; and collaborate with security, reliability, and observability teams to resolve complex distributed-systems issues.

Manages the full lifecycle of global bank accounts, including openings, maintenance, and closures. Translate finance requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, integrations, automations, and reporting solutions. Administer platforms, troubleshoot production issues, lead testing, create technical documentation, support month-end transformation, and train users. Collaborate with product managers, finance, sourcing, legal, security, engineers, and citizen developers to deliver roadmap initiatives and AI-powered workflows.
