The Tax Data Specialist maintains tax profile data, processes update requests from customers, manages cases, and ensures accurate data input into multiple systems.

Provide end-to-end Canada payroll processing for multiple managed payroll clients using Workday, handle cases and escalations, configure payroll components, support quarter and year-end audits and W-2 adjustments, lead client calls, maintain documentation, and meet quality and production metrics.

Conduct SOP adherence audits, test internal controls, analyze quality data and KPIs, document findings, support root cause analysis, create dashboards/reports, investigate escalations, and collaborate with business leaders on corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Process payroll settlements in clients' Workday applications, handle on-demand payments, maintain client support documentation, manage daily control reports, resolve treasury exceptions, and provide client-facing payroll support in a fast-paced environment.

Provide advanced technical and payroll processing support, troubleshoot complex payroll/system issues, perform root cause analysis, ensure compliance with payroll laws, drive continuous improvement, analyze casework to identify trends, support onboarding and enterprise projects, and act as a payroll subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
