Manages Mattress Firm’s paid social media strategy, agency partnerships, budgets, campaigns, reporting, testing, and optimization across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok. Analyzes large datasets, monitors KPIs, develops investment strategies, advances marketing technology, and reports results to leadership. The role also provides direction to team members and agency partners while ensuring campaigns meet performance benchmarks and company standards.

Assists with daily distribution center operations, supervises team members, supports financial and inventory objectives, enforces safety and operational procedures, resolves customer service issues, verifies driver payroll, leads continuous improvement, and contributes to hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and loss prevention activities.
