Strategic communications role to shape enterprise messaging, simplify complex topics, and drive brand-aligned internal engagement. Develop messaging frameworks, content architecture, UX copy, and campaign-style communications while advising senior leaders and partnering cross-functionally to position programs and digital experiences for employees.

Own social content operations: manage the Airtable master calendar, enforce SLAs, act as intake/project manager, facilitate approvals, schedule posts and manage Hootsuite inbox, maintain SOPs, and train/onboard team members and partners to ensure compliant, timely publishing and community engagement.

Lead brand and communications design: develop and evolve brand systems, create campaigns and executive presentations, translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives, and deliver internal communication assets that engage employees and support leadership.
