Support sustainment and product support strategy for MILSATCOM/NC3 systems. Execute IPS across lifecycle activities, develop logistics documents (LCSP, DMAP, LHA), lead logistics forums, support provisioning, spares planning, depot activation, TTO, and provide briefings and coordination with government, contractors, and field units.

Provide acquisition and contracting support for DoD/Space Systems Command programs, managing IDIQs, source selections, solicitations, modifications, and award/incentive fee actions. Advise stakeholders on FAR/DFARS compliance, develop acquisition strategies, and support contract execution while ensuring timely approvals and risk mitigation.

Lead development and execution of growth strategy for DoD/Intel markets: manage BD/capture team, maintain Salesforce pipeline, shape opportunities, build customer and industry relationships, ensure milestone discipline and capture rigor, and drive profitable capture outcomes. Requires strong collaboration with operations, solution architecture, and proposals.

Provide MBSE-based systems engineering support for MUOS space and ground systems: develop and execute Cameo/SysML models, perform requirements traceability and change-impact analysis, produce DoDAF views, support verification/test planning and CONOPS, manage digital engineering artifacts in Confluence/JIRA, and collaborate with contractors and U.S. Space Force stakeholders.

The role involves developing strategic proposals, creating compelling graphics, and mentoring junior team members, requiring strong project management and communication skills.

Support Navy acquisition programs by performing spectrum management, EMC/E3 analyses, interference assessments, link budgets, and spectrum certification (DD Form 1494). Prepare SSRAs, coordinate host-nation spectrum requests, ensure compliance with DoD/NTIA regulations, and support testing, integration, and fielding of RF and spectrum-dependent systems.
