Serve as primary customer contact for Stord's Commerce software, owning end-to-end onboarding, activation, and adoption. Build scalable onboarding programs, training materials, and playbooks; monitor usage and ROI; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, influence product direction, and drive renewals and expansion.

Lead technical programs to design, build, and scale Stord's WMS/TMS and evolve WES capabilities. Bridge operations and engineering, drive architectural decisions, manage alpha/beta releases, run pilot deployments, enforce change management, and mentor engineering teams to deliver fault-tolerant, high-performance supply chain software.

Embed with internal teams to map workflows, design and ship production agentic AI systems that automate CX, finance, ops, and developer productivity. Build LLM integrations, observability, APIs, reusable automation modules, and data products to replace manual operational work.

Embed with internal teams to identify high-leverage manual workflows and build production-grade agentic AI systems, integrations, and automation (LLM-powered interfaces, observability, APIs, dashboards) that reduce manual effort across CX, finance, ops, and logistics.

Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap; convert ambiguous operational and commerce problems into clear requirements; partner with engineering and design to ship features quickly; define business-linked metrics; engage customers and stakeholders; and get close to operational realities (warehouses, carriers, checkout) to ensure product quality and impact.

Lead design and productionization of egocentric and warehouse perception systems: data capture, camera rigs, calibration, multi-view 3D and pose estimation, automated labeling pipelines, model training/optimization, deployment, and establishing dataset quality standards for embodied AI.

Own full-cycle recruiting for product, data, and engineering roles: source passive candidates, screen technical and product fit, partner with hiring leaders, manage pipeline metrics, improve processes, and close high-impact hires while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
