Leads US customer support strategy and operations for dental practice management software customers. Oversees management teams, staffing, training, vendors, budgets, KPIs, customer satisfaction, process improvement, product readiness, defect prioritization, and AI-enabled service enhancements. Partners with product, development, remote support, global teams, and executive leadership to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and service revenue.

Build and lead a new product operations and internal product marketing function. The role establishes release documentation, training, communication, planning, measurement, feedback, and adoption processes across product, service, sales, and partnerships. It coordinates release calendars, supports beta launches, instruments team performance, improves workflows with AI-assisted tooling, and retires ineffective practices. This individual contributor role requires building scalable systems, driving adoption without direct authority, and enabling internal teams to become confident product experts.

Provide advanced technical and application support for SaaS and on-premise dental practice systems. Troubleshoot operating systems, browsers, networks, cloud services, integrations, and legacy platforms; resolve escalations; communicate solutions to dental professionals; document issues; create knowledge resources; identify recurring problems and automation opportunities; and collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.

Provides Level 2 technical and application support for dental SaaS, integrated, cloud, on-premise, and legacy systems. Diagnoses issues across operating systems, browsers, networks, databases, and application environments; communicates solutions to dental professionals; documents resolutions; manages escalations; and collaborates with engineering and product teams. The role also contributes to knowledge-base content, troubleshooting automation, escalation analysis, and continuous improvement.

Coordinates international supply chain and logistics activities, including import/export documentation, customs compliance, purchase orders, inbound shipment tracking, supplier and carrier coordination, 3PL warehouse operations, inventory control, audits, KPI performance, freight claims, and cost analysis. Supports product launches, supply changes, and cross-functional communication while ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Own the end-to-end onboarding of Sensei Cloud Apps customers, including configuration, data migration, user setup, training, milestone management, and go-live readiness. Coordinate with customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Development teams to resolve technical issues, document requirements, report bugs, and manage escalations. Maintain onboarding records in Salesforce, SAP, and other systems while improving scalable workflows, adoption, time-to-value, and migration accuracy.

Drives expansion revenue within existing SMB dental practice accounts through outbound prospecting, needs discovery, software demonstrations, cross-selling, upselling, negotiation, and deal closing. Maintains customer relationships while redirecting support issues, meets activity and sales KPIs, stays current on software and industry offerings, and adopts new sales processes and technology.
