Provide administrative support to Payroll and HR, assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and timesheet verification, track leaves of absence, maintain HRIS and employee records, own new hire onboarding, respond to payroll and HR inquiries, support reporting and general HR/Payroll administrative tasks, and serve as backup for payroll and leave tracking.
