Manage and grow strategic restaurant and hospitality accounts through consultative SaaS, hardware, and professional services sales. Develop account and territory strategies, build sales funnels, qualify opportunities, engage executive decision-makers, negotiate multi-year contracts, and drive cross-sell and revenue growth. Maintain senior client relationships, conduct presentations and demonstrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout pre-sales and post-sales engagements. The role requires approximately 50% travel.
