Manages business loan portfolios through credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, covenant testing, exception monitoring, risk identification, and watch-list credit guidance. Supports renewals, modifications, credit reviews, and reaffirmations while coordinating with relationship managers, client managers, and underwriters. Handles client follow-up, collections, documentation exceptions, covenant violations, and loan servicing actions. May conduct site visits and prepare credit memos.

Assists commercial real estate lenders and senior portfolio managers with credit analysis, underwriting, covenant monitoring, annual reviews, loan proposals, collateral analysis, risk-rating and pricing models, and portfolio administration. Reviews borrower, guarantor, and property financial performance; identifies warning signs; verifies covenant compliance; tracks documentation exceptions; supports client communications; and prepares required reports. The role requires banking or credit-analysis experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial lending software.
