The Strategic Account Executive engages K-12 schools to drive adoption of Lexia solutions, builds relationships, identifies needs, and supports implementation while managing a sales pipeline and collaborating with educational stakeholders.

Serve as a senior individual-contributor compensation advisor partnering with business leaders and HR to design and administer broad-based and sales incentive compensation. Lead market pricing, job evaluation, leveling, and sales incentive plan design. Build tools, guidance, and processes to enable consistent compensation decisions, collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
