Deploy district and dealer action plans, analyze data and dealership reports, provide training, visit dealerships regularly, and support resolution of customer complaints.

Design, build, and architect IAM-focused security software, APIs, and automation. Integrate security into CI/CD and cloud-native environments, perform code reviews and threat modeling, monitor security events, support incident response, and collaborate with infra/app teams to embed identity best practices.

Provide third-level on-site automotive and Techline support to GM dealerships in assigned territory, diagnose and direct repairs, reduce repurchases and warranty expense, review and improve dealer comeback processes, deliver training, support wholesale escalation and provide field product reports.

The Field Service Engineer provides on-site automotive and computer technical support, diagnosing issues, and maintaining dealership relationships to reduce vehicle repurchases and warranty claims.
