Build and manage relationships with small and medium-sized business clients, conduct cold calls and warm follow-ups, maintain a sales pipeline, close deals, and consistently meet revenue quotas. The role requires tracking high daily call and talk-time activity, understanding Care.com services and market trends, managing account information in a sales automation system, and collaborating with management on sales and financial metrics. This is a fully remote position serving eligible U.S.-based employees.
