Build and maintain Blend’s scalable cloud banking platform across the full stack. Develop accessible front-end interfaces and resilient back-end services, use AI coding agents throughout the software lifecycle, review and harden AI-generated code, collaborate with product and design teams, troubleshoot defects, participate in code reviews and on-call rotation, and propose end-to-end engineering initiatives.

Own Autopilot, Blend’s AI agent product for mortgage and lending operations, as a business and product roadmap. Own full sales cycle to acquire net-new enterprise banking customers ($20B+ AUM).
