Lead and develop project managers and oversee delivery of sector-specific IT programs. Drive consistent execution across multiple initiatives, monitor delivery health, mitigate risks and dependencies, coach teams, enforce PMO standards and lifecycle practices, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges and improve outcomes.

Lead program Mission Assurance activities including risk management, anomaly/failure review boards, implementation and verification of MA requirements, cross-functional coordination, budget/schedule planning, process improvement, and interfacing with customers and program leadership to ensure mission success.

Design, develop, and hands-on assemble space-flight focal plane packaging in a Class 100 cleanroom.
