Lead the Space Vehicle Engineering team in developing, testing, and delivering space systems, ensuring technical performance and managing system engineering activities.

Lead and coordinate SEIT activities with ~70% program management and 30% technical work. Manage change control, risks, deliverables, and program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, PSR). Prepare technical writing and presentations, liaise with customers and partners, and ensure scheduling, risk management, and earned value management practices for space-based missions (satellites and ground systems).

Convert algorithm description documents into C++ implementations for radar systems; develop, test, and optimize simulation and data-processing toolchains; integrate experimental data; perform code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams; ensure scalability, reliability, and adherence to coding and security practices; work on-site and support programs throughout the software lifecycle.

Lead and perform radiation analysis and engineering for EEE parts and circuits on spacecraft. Conduct TID, SEE, DDD, and ELDRS analyses and test campaigns; review schematics and part lists for radiation compliance; develop test plans; coordinate with design and program teams; generate radiation analysis reports and document reviews. Interface with subcontractors and present radiation risks at program milestones.

Manage laboratory workflow and scheduling, maintain inventory, procure materials, and collaborate with customers and suppliers in a lab environment.

Develop, test, and maintain embedded software for satellite, airborne, and ground systems across the full software lifecycle. Work on requirements, architecture, design, coding, integration, testing, documentation, and support. Collaborate across teams and operate in on-site lab/production environments using embedded Linux, C/C++, Rust, Python, FPGA interfaces, messaging protocols, and distribution tools like Yocto/PetaLinux.

Perform board- and box-level electrical test and troubleshooting for electronic assemblies, design test fixtures and procedures, document results, and develop basic test automation scripts (Python/Ruby). Support qualification, verification, milestone reviews (PDR/CDR), and collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to meet schedules and resolve issues.

Develop, test, and maintain embedded software for satellite, airborne, or ground systems across the full software lifecycle. Produce architecture, design, code, integration, and documentation; work with embedded Linux, device trees, FPGAs, messaging systems, and CI/CD/test infrastructure. Collaborate across teams and support program requirements and testing.

Lead mission systems analysis and modeling to characterize performance of complex space/air/ground architectures. Develop tools and algorithms, produce analysis reports and presentations, support proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to set system and component requirements.

Lead and participate in the Mission Assurance team, ensuring successful program implementation through risk management, technical discussions, and effective communication with stakeholders.
