Lead verification of complex FPGA SoC designs for space and high-reliability systems. Develop and apply OVM/UVM methodologies using VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog and Xilinx/Mentor toolchains, drive requirements flow-down, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and produce documentation and presentations.

Develop modeling/analysis tools and algorithms, document results, present findings, support proposals, and work collaboratively on project milestones. Requires on-site presence and active Top Secret clearance.

Support mission operations preparation, launch, commissioning, and early operations by developing and validating operations products, rehearsing and executing tests, coordinating SMEs, supporting verification/validation, and preparing technical briefings. Work on-site full time and collaborate across engineering and business teams to ensure operational readiness.

Lead architecture, design, analysis, modeling, and performance verification of remote sensing RF payloads for civil, military, and national space programs. Support proposal capture, technical reviews, risk assessment, integration, testing, and mentor engineering staff while aligning payload solutions to mission CONOPs and customer infrastructure.
