Design, develop, integrate, and certify a company-wide digital test procedure application. Participate in requirements, architecture, implementation, CI/CD, and Agile development. Read and write schematics and procedures, operate test instruments, maintain test data, obtain required certifications, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure systems meet performance standards.

Lead a technical team to design, deploy, and manage multi-cluster Red Hat OpenShift platforms across virtual, bare-metal, and hybrid environments. Ensure high availability, security compliance (FIPS, STIGs, CMMC), GitOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, authentication integrations, and audit/RMF readiness while supporting escalations and collaborating with security and architecture stakeholders.

Perform and support performance and functional tests on flight hardware (electronic boards, antennas, subsystems) through environmental testing. Operate electronic test equipment, interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, maintain test documentation, and follow cleanroom/ESD/fabrication procedures. Work on-site full-time and maintain required security clearance and driving credentials.

The role involves defining EMI compliance architecture, supporting hardware development, documenting test results, and leading program lifecycle activities related to space-related electronics.

Support space vehicle operations and engineering by managing command and control, telemetry analysis, anomaly resolution, and operational planning. Create reports, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
