Lead development and maintenance of the Cameo MBSE system model and SysML diagrams. Decompose system requirements to software/subcomponent levels, maintain traceability and verification matrices, and ensure model configuration and validation. Drive functional decomposition, behavioral modeling, and interface/data flow documentation. Collaborate across teams, support mission concept development and full program lifecycle execution, and present technical results to senior stakeholders.

On-site work five days per week; may require travel between campuses.
