Leads space vehicle architecture and systems engineering for new business pursuits, including architecture trades, requirements definition, customer engagement, proposals, technical baselines, design reviews, and transition to execution. Provides technical leadership across spacecraft subsystems, supports capture teams, develops engineering documentation, manages risks, coaches systems engineers, and collaborates with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Leads the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of real-time space vehicle simulators in hardware-in-the-loop and software-only environments. Defines requirements, architectures, interfaces, and validation approaches; makes technical decisions; guides simulator development teams; and performs full software lifecycle activities. Develops containerized simulation services using Podman or Docker and applies Agile, GitLab, coding standards, and DevSecOps practices. Requires aerospace systems expertise, simulation experience, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Leads spacecraft bus or subsystem projects from concept through hardware delivery, managing cost, schedule, technical requirements, risks, suppliers, customer relationships, and cross-functional engineering teams.
