The RF Systems Analyst will support RF payload design, conduct RF signal chain analysis, and collaborate on system engineering tasks while developing specifications and performance assessments.

Lead systems engineering for space mission-level programs: define CONOPS, lead design trade studies, manage technical risk/mitigation, lead reviews and integration, mentor engineers, coordinate with program management, and present to customers and leadership.

Design mechanical solutions for antenna and RF electronic systems from concept through detail design. Duties include CAD modeling, requirement allocation, interface definition, performance analysis, risk mitigation, documentation, test planning, collaboration in integrated program teams, subcontract technical oversight, sustaining engineering, and support for manufacturability and additive manufacturing efforts. Must work on-site and be eligible for DoW Secret clearance.

Lead systems architecture and mission concept development across program lifecycles. Perform trade studies, MBSE, CONOPS, and analysis; support capture and proposals; mentor teams; engage customers; and contribute to IRAD and technology development for space and aircraft systems.

The RF Systems Analyst will support RF payload system design, analyze signal chain performance, and perform systems engineering tasks, collaborating across disciplines to ensure compliance with requirements and support program reviews.

Lead strategic technology development for Military Space P&L groups: assess future needs, create long-range technology maturation and IRAD/CRAD plans, evaluate market and partner opportunities, support bid strategies, and coordinate across business units to advance mission architectures and demonstrations.

Design and develop mechanical hardware for RF and antenna systems from concept through detail design. Perform CAD modeling, design analysis, interface definition, risk mitigation, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Support schedules, testing, sustaining engineering, and subcontract management for defense/aerospace platforms.

Lead systems engineering for space missions at segment/mission level: drive CONOPS, trade studies, technical risk mitigation, reviews, and mentor teams through design, integration, test, and on-orbit operations. Interface with program management and present to customers and leadership.

Perform structural analysis for spacecraft using various techniques, develop loads and environments, and support testing. Maintain effective working relationships within teams.

Manage and secure classified IT infrastructure in closed areas, including Active Directory administration, desktop and Windows endpoint support, VMware virtualization, patching and STIG compliance. Collaborate with ISSOs for RMF/NIST/JSIG adherence, maintain documentation and support accreditation, audits, logging, and incident response.
