Leads Mission Assurance strategy and execution for tactical RF and EO defense programs. Responsibilities include establishing requirements, managing anomaly and failure reviews, coordinating customer interfaces, implementing verification and validation processes, developing program-specific plans, assessing technical risk, managing budgets and schedules, tracking metrics, and leading cross-functional teams spanning reliability, quality, safety, radiation effects, materials, and contamination control.
