Lead MarTech Product Strategist will define MarTech roadmaps and lead enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud projects (CJA, AEP, AJO, CDP, Target). Responsibilities include strategic planning, project delivery oversight, QA sign-off, team management and mentoring, building internal SOPs and knowledge banks, and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to drive measurable business value.

Design and implement enterprise analytics tracking across web, mobile, and SPAs using Tealium and other TMSs. Mentor practice leaders, optimize metrics (utilization, margin, forecasting), identify new market opportunities and partnerships, and report to the Chief Growth Officer to meet annual growth and profitability targets.
