Evaluates borrower needs, structures lending solutions, manages loans through closing and funding, develops investor and referral relationships, and achieves production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals through company-provided and self-generated leads.

Manages relationships with an investor client portfolio to drive retention, revenue growth, service upsells, and new client acquisition. Develops and executes client growth strategies, leads engagement, coordinates issue resolution, and provides data-backed portfolio performance insights. Collaborates cross-functionally with organizational leaders, facilitates client and internal meetings, leads project teams, and ensures client satisfaction, compliance, and effective performance management.
