Implements, configures, and optimizes Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint Finance modules for clients. Leads discovery, configuration, go-live, scope, schedules, training, and client relationships. Consultants provide trusted system guidance, manage engagements, contribute to proposals and knowledge resources, mentor colleagues, and may represent the firm at events. The role supports career growth across Finance consulting, specialized Deltek modules, resource planning, and development-adjacent tools.

Performs client-facing legacy ERP data migrations, including extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, loading, testing, and system merges. Develops migration solutions using SQL, T-SQL, relational databases, ETL tools, and ERP systems. Leads migration meetings, documents issues, collaborates with implementation teams, supports business process improvements, and follows project plans for client implementations.
