The role targets carriers, brokers, MGUs, captives, affinity programs, and point solutions; creates tailored benefits solutions; builds decision-maker relationships; and achieves sales and retention goals. Candidates need prior sales experience in the TPA, carrier, cost-control, or related insurance sector, benefits industry knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and nationwide travel availability.
