Provides Tier 1 technical support to employees, including help desk ticketing, troubleshooting hardware and software, user access administration, telephony, network and server support, device management, system monitoring, and end-user training. Maintains IT documentation, coordinates with vendors, performs equipment setup and upgrades, participates in after-hours on-call coverage, and travels up to 40% across the Front Range.
