Workers' Compensation Associate conducts legal research, drafts pleadings and other documents, represents clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, and manages client relationships and caseloads under supervision. Represent workers’ compensation clients through legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, hearings, depositions, mediations, conferences, and trials. Manage client relationships and caseloads under supervision, collaborate with senior attorneys, maintain billable hours, and contribute to motion practice and complex case preparation.

Handles general liability civil litigation, including file evaluation, client communication, discovery, legal research, motions, appeals, mediation, trial preparation, and court appearances. Independently manages litigation caseloads, develops case strategy, communicates with insurers and legal stakeholders, and prepares legal memoranda and dispositive motions. The role requires a New Jersey license, a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
