Develops multifamily construction sales by building client relationships, responding to bids, preparing scopes and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing business. Conducts property due diligence and job walks, coordinates with estimators and project teams, supports project meetings, manages account records, invoicing, and collections, and represents the company at industry events. Requires construction sales expertise, regional travel, and knowledge of roofing, painting, restoration, contracts, pricing, ADA, IBC, OSHA, and IICRC standards.
