Leads ACE’s national Market Growth and Partnerships organization to drive enrollment across U.S. markets. Rebuilds and develops field teams, establishes district and education-leader partnerships, runs growth experiments, optimizes cost per enrollment, and translates data into market strategy and resource decisions. The role owns market growth end to end, coaches Market Leads, opens new territories, advocates for local needs, and identifies product and partnership opportunities. Extensive nationwide travel is required.

Leads ACE’s enrollment strategy and approximately 70-person enrollment organization, owning student acquisition from lead through enrollment. Drives growth, conversion, productivity, service quality, forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational accountability. Partners with Marketing, IT, and executive leadership to improve lead quality, systems, automation, analytics, and the prospective student experience. Builds scalable processes, develops leaders, and oversees enrollment operations, training, quality, technology, and compliant recruitment practices.

Develops and optimizes multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and SMS to improve prospective student conversion, retention, engagement, and alumni communication. Owns student journey messaging, segmentation, personalization, testing, and persona development. Monitors campaign metrics and lifecycle KPIs, provides data-driven insights and forecasts, maintains brand consistency, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership on strategic initiatives.

Leads end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives using project management and Agile practices. Coordinates multiple teams, manages scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, governance, and delivery metrics, and communicates with executive stakeholders. Serves as Scrum Master when needed, drives Agile maturity and organizational change, partners with Product Management, mentors project professionals, and ensures measurable business outcomes, operational improvements, student experience enhancements, and successful adoption of new capabilities.

Promotes ACE degree and certificate programs through cold calls, organizational visits, events, conferences, and partner engagement. Interviews prospective students, matches programs to their needs, overcomes objections, manages prospect databases, follows up consistently, and maintains partner relationships to generate enrollments and referrals. The role requires local travel, strong communication, customer service, organization, and independent work skills.

The Quality Assurance Analyst develops and executes manual test plans, test cases, regression, integration, user acceptance, exploratory, accessibility, and performance testing. The role manages defects, validates releases, collaborates with developers and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies, maintains testing documentation and data, analyzes quality metrics, and supports release readiness. Experience with Azure DevOps, CRM or student information systems, API testing, SQL, and test automation is valuable.
