Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves lost-time workers’ compensation claims, including litigated claims. Communicates with insureds, claimants, insurers, and internal teams; researches coverage issues; maintains accurate claim records; processes indemnity and medical payments; monitors claims procedures; and supports compliance and client service across multiple jurisdictions.

Supervise workers’ compensation claims staff and oversee complex and litigated claims across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include adjudicating claims, investigating and negotiating settlements, reviewing reserves and legal or medical management, addressing client and carrier inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, coaching employees, managing staffing and performance, coordinating training, and monitoring claim quality. The role also supports coverage issue resolution, large-loss reporting, performance analysis, and standardized claims-handling processes.

Participate in a 10-week employee benefits sales internship, supporting prospect identification, client relationship building, proposals, sales meetings, presentations, and community activities. Interns rotate through business areas, receive mentorship, attend educational workshops, and gain hands-on exposure to insurance brokerage and client acquisition while collaborating with sales and other departments.

Generates new employee benefits sales through networking, association activities, and qualified calls; develops proposals with internal experts; manages an existing client book; maintains client relationships; communicates industry trends and solutions; and promotes team accountability, coaching, and agency growth. Requires sales experience, employee benefits knowledge preferred, and an appropriate state insurance license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Generates new commercial property and casualty insurance sales through prospecting, community involvement, association meetings, and sales calls. Partners with internal experts to develop coverage solutions and proposals, manages an existing book of business with the client experience team, maintains client relationships, and addresses evolving business needs. Promotes the agency and insurance industry, communicates market developments, supports team accountability, and coaches colleagues to build effective teams.
