Coordinates workforce development programs, student recruitment, employability training, employer outreach, job placement, and graduate follow-up. Builds relationships with contractors, funders, community organizations, and program partners; supports instructors and program operations; maintains records, reports, and contractual compliance; and represents HBI at meetings and conferences. The role also assists with orientations, interviews, outreach, tool distribution, curriculum support, and connecting graduates with construction-industry employment.
