Designs and analyzes aerospace components and assemblies using SolidWorks, Nastran, and Femap. Performs structural, vibration, and thermoelastic analyses; reviews drawings and tolerance stack-ups; collaborates with RF, manufacturing, production, QA, customers, and vendors; supports testing, troubleshooting, documentation, proposals, and continuous improvement. Requires aerospace design experience, mechanical or aerospace engineering education, manufacturing-process familiarity, and technical presentation skills.

Project Engineer II will lead aerospace antenna engineering projects from design through testing and delivery. Responsibilities include creating project plans, budgets, schedules, CAD models, drawings, specifications, prototypes, and test plans; troubleshooting design and production issues; analyzing failures; managing risks; coordinating cross-functional teams; communicating with customers; and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing, quality, program management, and customers while ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and regulatory requirements are met.

Develops and executes RF, environmental, and system-level tests for engineered components and systems. Creates test plans, procedures, layouts, reports, verification methods, and Test Readiness Review packages. Collaborates with RF, mechanical, and systems engineers; supports technicians through training, troubleshooting, and test execution. Reviews customer specifications, analyzes test data, configures RF test equipment and data-processing methods, supports design reviews and proposals, and maintains integration and test processes.
