Supports application onboarding, UAT, defect resolution, DevSecOps pipelines, and Zero Trust compliance for a federal customer. Collaborates with application owners, security teams, and implementation stakeholders to transition legacy workloads into a unified access management framework.

Leads enterprise ICAM migrations into Zero Trust architecture, integrating legacy and modern applications with Okta and SailPoint. Designs automated onboarding pipelines, migration playbooks, deployment workflows, testing, rollback plans, and governance controls. Coordinates engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and client teams while managing risks, compliance, least privilege, continuous authentication, delivery metrics, and service availability. Advises leadership on migration strategy and enterprise adoption.
