Leads an enterprise ERP transformation across 20+ facilities, owning program planning, governance, scope, delivery, testing, go-live, adoption, and value realization. The role coordinates business and IT teams, manages vendors and dependencies, presents to executive leadership, oversees change control and compliance, and drives measurable operational improvements. It requires full-lifecycle ERP implementation experience, custom software delivery, executive stakeholder management, Agile and SDLC knowledge, and experience using AI-enabled project tools.

Administers weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payrolls, including payroll data, taxes, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, audits, and year-end reporting. Maintains payroll and timekeeping systems, resolves employee inquiries and discrepancies, supports HRIS implementations and integrations, and ensures compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations. Partners with HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, vendors, and management on payroll operations, reporting, training, and continuous process improvement.
