Maintains accurate financial records, supports healthcare-related accounting processes, trains staff, prepares management and board reporting, and assists with internal controls, special projects, and regulatory financial documentation.

Provides administrative and front desk support across departments, including call handling, scheduling, mail processing, data entry, recordkeeping, conference room coordination, inventory management, purchasing, and document preparation. Maintains office supplies and equipment, supports emergency procedures, communicates organizational information, and delivers professional customer service. Requires accurate multitasking, confidentiality, organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, and experience supporting office operations and elderly or disabled individuals.
