Represents personal injury and property damage clients, meets with clients, evaluates claims, communicates with insurers, negotiates settlements, prepares cases for trial, and conducts jury trials when needed. The role requires strong litigation experience, client communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and independent legal practice. Candidates must hold a J.D. and be members in good standing of the Colorado Bar.
