Provides remote technical support to more than 50 veterinary practice locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, practice management systems, VoIP, and cloud tools; managing onboarding, offboarding, accounts, devices, and IT assets; documenting tickets; supporting Intune and Autopilot deployments; training users; coordinating vendors; and escalating complex issues. The role is primarily remote but may require occasional clinic travel and evening or weekend availability.
