Manage assigned on-premise and off-premise accounts to grow Sazerac brand distribution, volume, and market share. Execute merchandising, promotional, display, and retail programs; support distributors; monitor KPIs; use sales data and consumer trends to identify opportunities; and build relationships with customers, wholesalers, and internal teams. The role requires territory travel, nontraditional hours, physical activity, and compliance with state solicitor permit requirements.

Manages and grows Sazerac’s premium spirits portfolio across Colorado’s independent on-premise accounts. Responsibilities include building account relationships, driving distribution and menu placements, achieving sales KPIs, conducting brand and cocktail education, managing promotional budgets, monitoring distributor execution and inventory, and supporting wholesale sales teams. Requires frequent field activity, non-traditional hours, and compliance with alcohol beverage regulations.

Prepare and finalize print-ready packaging, point-of-sale, and related artwork, including dielines, separations, finishes, and production layers. Conduct preflight checks, resolve technical issues, maintain organized files and version control, and ensure compliance with printer and vendor specifications. Manage multiple projects, collaborate with designers and vendors, and support press checks. The role requires strong technical production expertise, print and prepress knowledge, color management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Manages off-premise retail accounts across an assigned territory to grow Sazerac brand distribution, volume, market share, merchandising, displays, and promotional execution. Builds customer relationships, leads distributor and wholesaler collaboration, uses consumer trends and sales analytics to identify opportunities, monitors KPIs, and delivers measurable sales results. Requires regular driving between accounts, nontraditional work hours, physical activity, and compliance with state solicitor permit requirements.

Own strategic hospitality and on-premise account relationships, develop joint business plans and RFPs, and drive volume, distribution, share, and visibility for priority beverage brands. Establish and monitor KPIs using iDig, Power BI, and scorecards; report performance to leadership; provide market intelligence; maintain account data; and train distributor and execution teams. Requires extensive multistate travel, nontraditional hours, customer relationship management, and sales experience with key or national accounts.
