The role requires extensive franchise, multi-unit, or home-service operations leadership and travel up to 50%.

Advises and coaches 20–25 franchise locations on operations, financial performance, sales, marketing, compliance, staffing, and process improvement. Reviews financial statements, budgets, KPIs, pricing, and costs; develops SOPs and action plans; provides training; supports technology and operational initiatives; and conducts approximately 20 annual site visits. Collaborates with internal teams and franchisees to improve profitability, standardize operations, and drive sustainable growth.

Advises and coaches franchisees on operations, financial performance, KPIs, sales, marketing, staffing, process improvement, and SOP implementation. Reviews financial statements, budgets, pricing, and operational efficiency; develops action plans; delivers training; conducts site audits and field visits; and reports performance recommendations. Collaborates with internal teams on technology rollouts, cost savings, and franchisee support. Travel of up to 30% is required.

Provides bookkeeping and accounting services to franchise clients, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payment support, journal entries, payroll records, depreciation, inventory adjustments, bank and credit card reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting. The role researches account discrepancies, maintains accurate ledgers and spreadsheets, and collaborates with franchisees and internal support teams.
